Returns Policy

14-Day Worldwide Return Policy

We want you to love shopping with us, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt. Requests made after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers), intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary).
  3. Contact your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for:
    • Items not in their original condition.
    • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@daydreamoons.com.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping for Returns

  • Contact us at info@daydreamoons.com before sending any returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
