Q-How is the moon lamp made?
A-Our moon lamps are made using 3D printing technology for the most accurate crater recreations.
Q-How long does the light last?
A- The light is on as long as the lamp is plugged in.
Q-Does the levitating moon lamp light come in different colors?
A-This particular moon lamp comes in 1 color. A warm white light with a realistic glow.
Q-Does the package contain a wooden stand?
A-Yes a stand is provided to keep the lamp secure. It is made from wood and stained.
Q-What is the charge time of this moon lamp
A- The charge time is roughly an hour, perfect for taking on hikes, meditation sessions or night time reading.
What if I don’t like the quality?
We offer previews of the poster to ensure each customer will see what the final print will include. If the print is not up to the standards expected then please contact customer service so we can rectify this issue.
What if my package is late or does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time we ask that you extend to a grace period of 5 business days. During this time we will open a claim on your behalf to locate the late or missing package.
My poster arrived damaged
You have 10 days to report a damaged poster upon arrival. Please send pictures of the damaged poster to our customer service line info@daydreamoons.com
